Blog Consolidation
http://www.ksf-blog.blogspot.com/
Her sweet posts of family and smiles plus blog posts about Mulch and Urinal Etiquette all in one convenient location. I think I was able to import all my posts to our new blog but one can never be sure about such things.
Cheers

2011 Christmas Card
Greetings from the Files, and Merry Christmas!
We had a good year..Not too boring, not too busy. Here are the highlights:
Technology: -We all got dressed up in our prettiest outfits and took a thousand pictures and the one we liked had a thin strand of hair blowing in front of Secily’s face. So I shipped the photo off to my brother, who is an expert in all things computer, and asked him to remove the unwanted hair forever. He granted the request and went the extra mile..insert Cyclops Christmas photo.
Education: - Larson’s favorite book to check out of the library is The Adventures of Captain Underpants...at least he’s reading.
- Secily started kindergarten but not without a fully-covered glitter backpack.
- Jane’s plan is to continue watching Dora until we run out of electricity.
Agriculture: -We grew our first garden with some good carrots and also some of the grossest tasting corn one could imagine.
Travel: -We went on a cruise with the entire Files Family. Still dealing with Karin’s post-traumatic stress disorder from the Iguana farm.
Amish Paradise:-In July we did a 4 day electronic fast which worked out pretty well. By worked out well, I mean it was horrible.
Exercise: Larson- Basketball
Karin - Pilates
Jane - Cried her way through swimming lessons
Secily- Nothing. Too busy drawing and fantasizing about the day she can wear make up.
Me - I occasionally play basketball on Sunday nights which now features a 48 hour recovery period.
Grace: As we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, we’re grateful that He came to earth and gave himself as a sacrifice for our sin.
1 Timothy 1:16But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life.
Merry Christmas,
Ryan, Karin, Larson, Secily, and Jane
